To install the game an Internet connection is required. The connection is only necessary to activate the game and to have access to the online features (multi-player)

After installation/activation you can put Origin in offline mode and play without Internet connection. You can’t close or uninstall UPlay though as this is always needed to play the game.

Anno is available for PC and the specs are as follows:
